Welcome to unbound

My name is Matt - A personal trainer and certified ATG coach based in Teddington. I’m on a mission to be more athletic in my 40s than I was in my teens and 20s. 

Sport and fitness has been part of my life for over 25 years - and now I’ve turned that passion into coaching. After gaining my personal training qualifications, I went a step further and became a certified ATG Level 1 Coach - The only one in South West London - a method that’s transformed how I move, feel, and think about training.

Whether you're a parent like me who wants to stay active with their kids, someone recovering from injury and looking to build strength and mobility, or a fitness enthusiast looking for consistency and improved performance  - I’m here to help.

Why me...

I understand the challenges of balancing work, family and fitness. For 16 years I ran my own video production business while raising a family - yet always made time to train. Now I help others do the same.

 

Through years of competing in different sports, running many miles and pursueing different fitness classes and strength workouts - I've had my fair share of injuries and setbacks along the way - I know what it feels like to be frustrated, in pain, or unable to stay consistent.

 

Discovering ATG  changed all that, I’ve built a more resilient body able to handle the demands placed on it - and now as a dad, husband, and coach, I bring not just technical knowledge, but lived experience and a genuine passion for helping people move better, stay pain-free, and unlock their potential.

What is ATG?

Most training only works your body in one direction — ATG fixes the imbalances that cause pain and injury, building strength through the full range of motion that everyday life, sport and conventional training ignores.
 

Developed by Ben Patrick (the Knees Over Toes Guy), it's the method that's helped athletes, parents and everyday people finally resolve the knee, hip and back problems they'd been managing — or avoiding — for years.

Real, lasting change is built through commitment and the right guidance — not quick fixes. Sessions start from £55, with discounts available on longer-term plans.
 

Every package is built around you — including a structural balance assessment, tailored programming, ATG coaching, weekly check-ins, and home or travel workouts to keep you consistent wherever life takes you.
 

I recommend a minimum 3-month commitment to see genuine results, but flexible options are available if you'd prefer to start smaller.
 

Student and under-16 pricing available on request.
